Job Summary
The position will be in charge of providing daily technical support for US Bank Stadium.
Duties
- Handling general workshop technology support.
- Basic support of phone system/conference phones/voicemail
- Monitoring and managing of network traffic and devices
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior technical support/customer service experience preferred
- Strong skills communication/organizational/interpersonal/online research/network troubleshooting
- Attentive to detail
- Basic hosted email solution knowledge
