Job Summary



Responsibilities:

  • Identify, summarize, and present key insights and learnings to inform product and marketing strategy

  • Develop, review, edit, and deliver custom sponsorship pitch decks, compelling proposals, and performance recaps

  • Research and understand data to help strategically differentiate our sponsorship and ticket package offerings and optimize digital products

  • Assist with generating new revenue opportunities by identifying prospective corporate partners and categories, fan acquisition, retention, experience and engagement strategies

  • Manage marketing channel and campaign reporting for digital platforms and audiences

  • Utilize CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and presentation tools (DigiDeck, PowerPoint)

  • Extract value from analytics tools and data management platforms

  • Manage and maintain master slides of all sellable sponsorship assets and upfront slides

  • Work with creative team to assist with mockups and visual concepts as needed

  • Work across sponsorship sales team to ensure succinct and strategic sales process

  • Work with digital, marketing, business analytics and sponsorship department heads to identify new opportunities in emerging spaces

 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sponsorship, Marketing, Sales or Strategy role

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), CRM systems, and other data tools such as Scarborough, Nielsen, YouGov, and social analytics platforms; proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop preferred

  • Experience in preparing partnership proposals for a league, team, premium brand, or other sports/entertainment focused agency

  • Strong knowledge of the sponsorship/media landscape including industry trends, key players and terminology

  • Solid understanding of a solutions-based sales development process

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter

  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creation of polished sales presentations, marketing materials, and insights and stories from data to executive audiences
