Assistant Finance Manager

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping to oversee, monitor, and analyze the capital and operating budgets like monthly financial analysis/forecasting, cash forecasting, etc.

Duties:

• Daily cash and credit card transaction reconciliation
• Overseeing the inventory process while performing in depth cost for goods analysis
• Ensuring prompt month end closing process
• Managing of weekly disbursement of payroll
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• 2 years of hospitality industry experience
• BS/BA in finance/accounting or related
• MS office advanced knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail
• Strong skills communication
• POS and payroll system knowledge preferred
• Can work varying days/hours
