Job Summary
Job Summary:
On a full-time basis, assists with the organization, administration and all other aspects of the College Division I Women’s Soccer program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the program.
- Prepare, organize, design, and implement effective practice schedules, off-season programs, and game coaching.
- Game film editing, analysis, and presentation.
- Recruiting, retaining, developing, and graduating high performing soccer student-athletes.
- Monitoring student-athletes' academic progress.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience recruiting and coaching at the collegiate level.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- commitment to athletic and academic success.
- Preferred qualifications include experience playing and/or coaching women’s soccer at the collegiate level, and a working knowledge of NCAA regulations.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours and ability to travel for work-related activities (e.g., competitions and recruiting) is required.
- Strong organizational skills resulting in the ability to prioritize workload and meet short-term deadlines on a regular basis.
