Job Summary
Responsibilities
1. Lead execution of game day operations.
2. Supervise and schedule work-studies to assist with office duties and game operations.
3. Create monthly operations and locker room schedules.
4. Assist with the planning and execution of annual events, such as the Student-Athlete Banquet
5. Oversee day-to-day athletics travel responsibilities, including communication with coaches, drivers, and the rental provider to confirm trips.
6. Assist with the creation of monthly travel schedules.
7. Manage department driver list and collect documents needed for approval under university policy.
8. Support business operations by processing invoices for drivers, rentals, and team apparel purchases, as well making occasional cash deposits.
9. Assist in maintaining NAIA compliance through the collection of various documents, including competition tracking sheets, unattached forms, and game contracts.
10. Monitor student-athlete class schedules, grades, and academic progress toward degree through weekly meetings.
11. Gain and apply knowledge of NAIA eligibility standards in order to help student-athletes with academic progress and assist with the completion of eligibility certificates.
12. Monitor study hall when needed.
Requirements
Education, Training and/or Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
