Lead Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of directing all activities needed to achieve store goals like customer service, sales objectives, prevention of loss, and sales of merchandise.

Job Duties:

• Deliver customer service by greeting and helping of customers
• Directing and supervising of employees
• Examining of merchandise that can ensure to display correct price items
• Serves as role model to ensure the client stays the top priority
• Sales generation
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of retail and retail supervisor experience preferred
• Can stand long duration
• Strong skills analytical and communication
