Graduate Intern, Athletic Facilities and Events

Job Summary

The Athletic Facilities and Events Graduate Intern, under the direction of the Associate Director of Athletics for Facility and Event Operations, shall learn game operations and administrative duties to support the NCAA Division I Facility and Event Operations area.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Acceptance into Graduate school of choice.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be dependable, meticulous and good at problem solving in high pressure, deadline filled setting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to provide own, reliable transportation to work or use public transportation to achieve punctuality.
• Applicants should have previous event management experience at the collegiate or professional level.
• Must have the ability to lift 50lbs.
