Mental Performance Coordinator

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of taking charge on the counseling and support of coaching staff.

Duties:

• Helping the Head Coach's self knowledge and self awareness
• Gives psychological tools for use on/off court
• Supporting goals definition of the players
• Adaptation of new player
• Cohesion of staff
• Management of conflict
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Sports Psychology or Clinical/Counselling Psychology
• 5 years of experience in applied oriented position
• Basketball experience
