We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, who will manage various FIGHT SPORTS’ digital initiatives including our App, Web and Social platforms. This candidate will take a comprehensive approach to understanding our current capabilities, and the needs of the organization from a digital marketing perspective, develop organic strategies that will ignite our fan base and drive customers to our brand. He/she should have a solid track record of leading or being part of successful campaigns and launching new products and/or services. The successful candidate thinks digital first and has strong knowledge and experience using an array of digital tools, social media platforms, content creation, brand awareness and enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, plan and lead effective marketing campaigns to grow a passionate fan base around our brand
- Develop and maintain valuable relationships within industry and sport for affiliate and cross channel promotions
- Manage ROI tracking from an SEM perspective
- Must have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms including CRMs, social media, and online video distribution platforms including Facebook, Google, etc. advertising and PPC (SEM) experience
- Track programs and identify trends in the marketplace creating and implementing the most effective means of illustrating results
- End to end campaign management from concept to analytic reports for both organic and paid, contests, takeovers, and live videos to grow social following and engagement
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in digital media, design tools and applications
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team
- Finds success working both independently and in collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders whether internal and/or external
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXP. REQUIRED:
- 10+ years digital marketing experience including affiliate, XSEM, direct email, web, cross promotion, and social media.
- Bachelor's degree
- Highly creative and organized
- Experience developing marketing campaigns, including writing, designing and deployment
- Seeks continuous improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality and productivity
- A solid understanding of Wordpress is desired
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
