Job Summary

 

The position will be helping to manage and deliver top level of service to the teams premium season ticket members.

 

Duties of the Premium Service Executive include:

  • Building and strengthening relations between the Premium Members and Club
  • Enhancing, promoting, activating the benefits of the membership platform
  • Achieving individual renewal and new sales goals

 

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MS application and CRM system proficient
  • SalesForce/MS Dynamics proficient
  • Sports and entertainment industry experience preferred
  • Language proficient
