Job Summary
The position will be helping to manage and deliver top level of service to the teams premium season ticket members.
Duties of the Premium Service Executive include:
- Building and strengthening relations between the Premium Members and Club
- Enhancing, promoting, activating the benefits of the membership platform
- Achieving individual renewal and new sales goals
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- MS application and CRM system proficient
- SalesForce/MS Dynamics proficient
- Sports and entertainment industry experience preferred
- Language proficient
