Job Summary

• Has experience working with engineers on a daily basis 


• Loves technical writing, and is good at writing for an engineering audience


• Can manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced sports environment

• Writing and maintaining internally-facing technical documentation for mobile/web/digital products, e.g., product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, product roadmaps


• Writing and maintaining externally-facing technical documentation, e.g., user manuals, product one-sheeters, product training material and videos


• Assisting the CEO with market research to support the development of new products and new opportunities


• Assisting the CEO with writing proposals in the process of responding to RFPs

• 2 years+ of experience serving as a technical writer for mobile and web products


• Experience with working with Engineering teams on documenting products 


• Experience with using JIRA, authoring user stories, product requirements documents (PRDs)


• Experience with graphics tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite


• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 


• Ability to write about complex digital products in a succinct and meaningful way to Engineering teams


• Strong work ethic and team oriented who can work with cross-functional teams like Design, Engineering, and Project Management


• Willingness to work in a high energy fast-paced, constantly changing environment 


• Strong desire to learn and grow career in the sports and digital fields


• Degree in Technical Writing, Technology, or related fields
