Assistant Athletic Director For Student Success, Inclusion & Equity

Job Summary

This position will coordinate all aspects of an NCAA Division III compliance and rules education program. Responsible for initiatives that promote engagement and success of student-athletes as well as programs that prepare all students to lead in a diverse society. Implement programs and services that promote student understanding of anti-racism, multiculturalism, diversity, and inclusion. Coordinate all required university training with offices on campus.

The position will report to the Director of Athletics, serve as a Liaison to the Mosaic Center for Diversity and serve on University committees that address diversity initiatives.
