Job Summary

 

The position will be troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues of client workstations and peripheral devices like telephones.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assembling/installing/configuring of software/hardware for new workstations
  • Maintains and troubleshoots peripheral and phone devices
  • Other related tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong skills problem solving/analytical/communication/customer service
  • 2 years of direct related experience preferred
  • MS office experience
  • 1 year troubleshooting experience
