Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of helping the head coach in all the aspects of the program in developing a top level NAIA women's softball program that is competitive and can help the team to advance.

 

Position Duties:

  • Student athletes performance monitoring and evaluating
  • Teaching the skills/techniques for team play
  • Helping to coordinate film breakdown
  • Helping in recruiting efforts
  • Supports the team through traveling to competition
  • Other related tasks

 

Required:

  • Associate's degree
  • 2 years of experience in coaching/playing
  • Strong skills communications/organizational
  • First Aid/CPR certified
  • Current and valid driver's license
