Job Summary

A Private University in California is searching for an Associate Athletic Director of Sports Performance. This position has a key role in advising and making strategic recommendations to the department's executive staff in matters of student-athlete wellbeing and performance needs.

Woking as Associate Athletic Director comes with many duties and responsibilities which may include directing, developing, and implementing the sports performance programs that prepare students athletes for intercollegiate competition, Manage and maintain a balanced budget, and Providing direction to all strength and conditioning personnel.
