Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of providing consultative meeting planning expertise for all the facets of meeting planning and implementing.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Be the contact person for all meetings
  • Providing meeting leadership
  • Developing and managing of schedules
  • Managing of post event activities
  • Other related tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years experience in event management
  • Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint working knowledge
  • Valid driver's license
