The position will be in charge of drafting and negotiating various agreements like complex commercial relations and tech transactions.

Duties of the Corporate Counsel:

• Helping to structure and execute strategic partnership
• Advising management and business partners
• Helping to manage employee relations
• Managing and overseeing the handling of disputes
• Other related tasks

What you need:

• JD from American Bar Association
• One state bar membership
• 4 years transactional practice
