Turf Specialist - Intercollegiate Athletics

Job Summary

The position will be maintaining and preparing the field and court venues (sports and recreation) by mowing, fertilizing, seeding, edging, weeding, grading the park turf.

Duties:

• Preparing and maintaining top quality synthetic rubber infill surfaces
• Preparing soul surfaces used in venue of the sport
• Developing and executing field repair plans
• Operating of field equipment and ride on/hand held equipment used for repair/maintenance
• Pesticides application
• Preparing for event/competition
• Maintaining turf/landscape
• Other related tasks

Basic Qualifications:

• Sport field maintenance experience
• Ground operating of landscape equipment experience
• Driver's license
