Girls Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach

St. Catherine’s seeks a dynamic and experienced lacrosse coach who is interested in a long-term commitment to lead a very established program.

We are seeking candidates who:

⧫Demonstrate strong leadership skills
⧫Have proven head coaching experience and a record of success (min. 3 years as varsity head, Div 1 or 3 head college coach, competitive travel team head coach)
⧫Understand the mission of the School
⧫Have the ability to manage large groups of people, including sub-varsity programs and an assistant coaching staff
⧫Have exceptional multi-tasking skills
⧫Have experience collaborating with parents
⧫Set a tone of professionalism among coaches, athletes, and parents
⧫Are interested in the long-term building of program and working closely with our varsity coaches in all sports
⧫Can help attract and retain strong assistant and sub-varsity coaches
