Staff Accountant

Job Summary

The position will be monitoring, controlling and auditing all financial transactions while doing wide range of professional accounting tasks.

Duties

• Processing and preparing invoices
• Verifying and posting of entries to general ledger accounts
• Processing of accounts receivable and collection calls
• Processing of box office ticket reports/credit card merchant activity/record transaction
• Bank reconciliation preparing and verifying
• Helping with month end closing procedures
• Balance sheet accounts reconciling
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 3 years professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Accurate and efficient with deadlines
• Sage 100 knowledge preferred
• MS office proficient
