Professional Services Sales Director
Job Summary
As a Professional Services Sales Director at MVP, you will be responsible for driving growth in services revenue to support the MVP Platform. This role will lead the services pre-sales process with the sales team to understand the customer's business and reporting goals, and scope the solution requirements for the opportunity.
About the Role:
A successful candidate will understand the importance of building a strong and strategic partnership with the Sales and Customer Success teams to present the value of Professional Services to our clients and prospects. This candidate will be highly energetic, willing and capable of learning, and comfortable presenting and discussing our Services to all levels of a customer’s organization. This is a full-time position and an individual contributor role. For the right candidate, this position’s responsibilities can be fulfilled remotely.
What You’ll Do:

Familiarize and be able to present the value of MVP Professional Services

Build, track, maintain and forecast an opportunity pipeline using a CRM
-
Conduct discovery sessions with MVP Sales Directors and/or the client directly to determine the services offerings that best fit their needs and budget

Achieve and exceed sales quotas

Create pricing proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) based on discovery sessions

Assist in project kick-off or answer any questions about project deliverables with the CSM and Insights teams

Participate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals

Strong business acumen and executive presence
What Skills & Experience We'd Like You To Have:

Minimum 3 (three) years experience of selling or working within a Professional Services environment

Previous role(s) within either an agency team or a SaaS company preferred

Excellent communicator

Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results

Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

Experience analyzing social media campaign impact

Understanding of sponsorship measurement and/or sales

Domain knowledge within sports marketing
