Job Summary

This job will be responsible in assisting the Assistant Athletics Director in prevention, immediate care, and rehabilitation of injuries sustained by student-athletes.

 

Duties include the following:

  • Carrying out policies and procedures of the athletic training facilities
  • Directing and providing athletic training coverage
  • Monitoring environmental conditions of playing and practice areas
  • Refering student-athletes to medical personnel
  • Maintaining appropriate medical records
  • Educating and counseling in health related matters
  • Providing clinical supervision of athletic training students/student-aid workers
  • Other related tasks
