Graphic Designer

Job Summary

• Meet deadlines with creative and accurate designs as requested by the Creative Director and Marketing Managers


• Design within the framework of the brand guidelines as set by leadership


• Licensed access to the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) 


• Communicate professionally and effectively with other departments within the organization, as well as outside clients and vendors

• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with an emphasis in design, marketing, or communications 


• 5+ years with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)


• Energetic with the ability to naturally manage both up and down organizational hierarchies


• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills 


• Ability to multi-task and work in a stressful and hectic environment


• Non-traditional working hours are required for this position at certain times of the season.  Flexibility with schedule is anticipated and expected during the course of each season
