Director of Sales & Corporate Sponsorships
Job Summary
We are currently seeking to hire a Director Of Sales And Corporate Sponsorships to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales leads to drive company revenue. This will be at an 11 acre, state of the art baseball complex that will be home to high level amateur baseball along with major national and regional events.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
-Establish sales leads and renewals
-Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
-Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
-Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
-Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in sales geared towards sports and stadiums
-Experience as a supervisor or manager
-Strong leadership qualities
-Ability to generate sales leads with Fortune 500 corporations along with smaller local businesses
-Ability to build rapport with clients
Full salary (negotiable, based on experience), benefits, and 10% commission on all new and renewed sales.
