Women's Cross Country and Track Director

Job Summary

This University seeks applications for the Director of Women's Cross Country and Track & Field Operations. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing all travel accommodations and transportation needs through the women's cross country and women's track and field seasons. You will also assist in ordering and maintaining team equipment.


Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity and work in compliance with all University, MAAC, ECAC and NCAA rules and regulations
• Assist in planning the seasons including scheduling meets and practice times
• Direct and help to plan team travel schedule for all seasons
• Coordinate all team travel needs including transportation, hotels, and meals
• Communicate on a daily basis with all coaching staff 
• Maintain and order equipment needed for track and field events
• Submit all requisitions for entry fees when needed

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience coordinating travel and/or transportation needs for a large group required
• Strong organizational, communication and computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and/or a commitment to diversity and inclusion
