Job Summary
The position works closely with all internal personnel as well as external parties.
Human Resource Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a positive and healthy work environment/culture for all members of the organization
- Recruit, screen, pre-interview employment candidates
- Maintain employee records
- Manage company annual review process
- Be lead contact in resolving any workplace conflicts
Accounting Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and W-9 verification for new vendors
- Process Accounts Payable check runs and monitor when invoices are due
- Process and reconcile credit card transactions and code to proper account
- Additional office duties as requested, including ordering supplies and maintaining office printer
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Minimum 4+ years professional experience in human resources
- Minimum 3+ years professional experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks a must
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to change
