Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job Summary

• Ensuring all information and systems are updated timely and accurately. 

• Updating employee information in organizational charts, publications, and directories.

• Unemployment and workers compensation claims correspondence.


• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.


• Assist with annual activities in the HR team, including:


• Annual performance review process, salary increases and bonus payments.


• Government compliance reporting and maintenance of labor postings.


• Collaborate internally with other departments to elevate the employee experience.


• Provide support as needed across new projects & initiatives within the HR team.

• 2 - 4 years of relevant HR administration experience.


• Bachelor’s degree or HR certification preferred.

• Working knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus.


• Proven ability to be analytical and handle large datasets effectively.


• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
