Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities of the Head Coach:
- Teaching relevant skills, tactics and techniques
- monitoring and enhancing performance by providing encouragement and constructive feedback
- Identifying strengths and weaknesses
- Advising about health and lifestyle issues
- Developing training programmes
- Undertaking minimal administrative tasks
- Assisting with sports promotion/development
- Attend sporting events when needed and necessary
- Other duties as assigned.
