Job Summary

The MLB Team are looking for a Building Operations Manager that has a thorough knowledge of general maintenance and understands the principles and practices of maintaining a building through a solid preventive maintenance practice.

Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills required

Management experience in the maintenance field preferred

Knowledge of TRANE Summit Tracer Building Automation Systems

A valid State of Florida driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
