Collegiate Championship, Coordinator

Job Summary

Lead, coordinate and assist in the management of administration, operations and logistics for the Championship to include but not limited to the following areas:

• Organize equipment and on-site tournament offices
• Produce and track purchase orders for the Championship    
• Order office supplies, operations materials, Championship supplies and signage
• Coordinate all Championship event shipping
• Coordinate all Championship volunteer operations
• Conduct Player Registration and credentialing process both pre-event and on-site
• Create and maintain Championship week schedule of events
• Work with Food & Beverage and Special Events to coordinate all dining and reception/award activities
• Assume administrative responsibilities for the Championship Office
• Comprehensive impact reporting
