Job Summary
The Ticket Office Window Seller is responsible for selling tickets to the general public from the Spring Training Facility Box Office in Mesa, Arizona using the Tickets.com Pro Venue system, while providing general information to guests. This is a seasonal position that will start in January and end at the end of Spring Training.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer questions regarding events, tickets and schedules
- Reconcile money received
- Balance monies at end of shift with supervisor
- Assist with the restocking of Box Office supplies
- Follow all operational policies and procedures for Box Office operations and Event Operations
- All other duties as assigned by AD, Ticket Sales & Business Operations and Manager, Box Office
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 years prior experience in a customer service role required
- Demonstrated aptitude to resolve conflicts
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must be available to work from January – April
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
- High school diploma or a general education degree
