Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resources function by completing administrative tasks in a confidential, efficient and timely manner. The associate should be passionate about and committed to preserving a culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with promotions, transfers, increases, commissions and bonuses by generating letters and agreements, updating/validating employee records, and sending announcements when appropriate.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for multiple roles across Sales, Service, Operations, and support roles.
- Enter new hire information into Learning System, assign correct classes as directed, communicate with new hires and current employees as appropriate, and track required courses to ensure policy and legal compliance.
- Maintain HR-related instructions, documentation and templates as assigned.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships.
- Recommend recruiting strategies and processes that contribute to the growth of the company.
- Provide adhoc and monthly reporting, and complete other HR tasks as assigned.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Human Resources Manager.
