Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a driven problem solver who is passionate about sport business sales. The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to gather and synthesize key information and the ability to work effectively with a variety of colleagues and businesses across multiple levels and geographies.

Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:

Maintain the relationships and contracts with all sales enablement partners.

Planning, developing, and deploying necessary training for all sales enablement tools.

Monitor and analyze product usage to manage up to leadership daily, weekly, and monthly.

Assist in the creation of new initiatives and ongoing programs.

Develop Sales Enablement dashboard and usage tracking alongside analytics department.

Become proficient in sales enablement tools

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in business (or equivalent experience) is preferred

Knowledge of sports and the excitement surrounding in-person events is a plus

Experience in sales enablement/training/coaching preferred

Self-motivation that drives individual results while being a strong team player

Strong communication and presentation skills.

A positive attitude who will be coachable in best practices
