Special Teams Coordinator

Job Summary

The Assistant Football Coach reports directly to the Head Football Coach. Responsibilities and duties of the Assistant Football Coach include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Direct all aspects of the special teams, its coaches, and players


• Work with Head Football Coach to implement an effective recruitment program


• Adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations of the College, Athletic Department, NCAC, and NCAA


• Provide guidance and support to student-athletes towards achieving their greatest potential, both academically and athletically.


• Monitor class schedules, grades, and student-athlete academic progress


• Contribute to football fundraising activities

• Other duties as assigned
