Esports Program Director/Head Coach

Job Summary

The Program Director/Head Coach will be responsible for recruiting, advising and coaching the members of the Esports program, as well as general operations of the Esports facility and strategic direction of the esports program. This position reports functionally and administratively to the Executive Director of Athletics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience required

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, as well as to travel with teams for any in person contests


• Experience recruiting high school and/or college students


• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills


• Strong marketing/promotional skills


• Integrity, flexibility, positivity, adaptability, strong work ethic
