Project Coordinator - Internship Opportunity!

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of the Library Research Annex, the intern will play an integral role in coordinating the process of providing access to unprocessed and hidden collections stored at the Library Research Annex.

Duties:

• Create and establish a workflow for processing the collection, including the creation of templates to streamline work
• Write procedure documentation
• Establish a method for capturing metrics
• Coordinate with the Director on implementation
• Serve as a resource for staff

Required

• Current Graduate student in a program accredited by the American Library Association
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proven problem solving ability
• Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
