Dance Coach / Spirit Program

Job Summary

The Dance Coach will assist the Head Spirit Coach in coordinating all aspects of the University HighTechs. This includes student athlete development, organizing and leading practices and workouts, choreography, coaching technique, and cleaning routines for game day and nationals performances.

Required Qualifications

1. Dance and/or spirit coaching experience
2. Collegiate dance experience
3. Organizational, time management, and relationship building skills
4. Independent decision making and ability to exercise good judgement
5. Ability to work non-traditional work hours
6. Background of teaching different areas of dance (pom, jazz, hip hop, contemporary)
