Assistant Director Recruiting

Job Summary

We are in search of a dynamic individual to lead our talent acquisition strategy for the recruiting function. Reporting to the Managing Director of HR, this role will be responsible for managing and aligning recruitment resources, tools, and systems with our strategy to meet the needs of the business today and into tomorrow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10+ years of strategic recruiting experience. Experience sourcing niche roles a plus.
• Proven experience designing and implementing measurably impactful onboarding processes and experiences.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or other ATS.
• Expertise in the use of web and social recruiting platforms.
