Graduate Assistant for Strength and Conditioning

Job Summary

This position is in charge of assisting the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with the strength and conditioning programs for all 23 varsity sports and one club sport. Development and administration of assigned teams' strength and conditioning programs. Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Qualifications  

Bachelor's Degree required in related field.

Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and disciplines.

Effectively communicate with students, coaches, and college administrators.

High level of independence and organization is required.

Previous coaching experience and proficiency in teaching basic weight room exercises preferred.

Desire to continue in the field of strength and conditioning for enhanced sport performance preferred.
