Job Summary


 

 

The Spirit Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning, training, and development of a comprehensive Spirit Program which includes cheer, dance, and the mascot team. 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, Master's Degree preferred.

4 years of competitive Cheer and/or Dance experience.

3 years of coaching experience with college-aged athletes.

Valid Driver's License.

Ability to provide proper instruction in the fundamentals and techniques of cheer and dance and to prepare squads for national competitions and public appearances.

Capability to administer and monitor departmental budgets.

Ability to coordinate successful fundraising efforts to support programs.
