Job Summary

This position plays a vital role in our company’s success. As the Event Operations Coordinator, your role will be to ensure that clients have an exceptional event experience. Helping to coordinate and execute all aspects of the event process, such as planning, production, inventory, system management, logistics, and client satisfaction.

What is required:

  • 1 year experience in event planning related to hospitality and/or event management industry
  • Proven track record of effective project management 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, related field, or equivalent business experience
  • Strong computer skills including a sound knowledge of Microsoft, specifically Excel. Ideally also experienced in using SalesForce or other CRM type software
