Job Summary
Provides executive level administrative support to football department leadership and manages the football suite, programs, and projects. Manages daily schedules, calendars, emails, mail, and processes to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism. Assists in the new student-athlete on-boarding process each term.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in related field or relevant education and/or experience
Current, valid and unrestricted Georgia driver's license
Two (2) years of related athletic team on field operations, administrative, office or clerical experience
Prior experience in athletic environment highly preferred
Able to compose and/or edit all forms of correspondence
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
