Job Summary
The role of the Coordinator of Internal Operations is to oversee and manage the daily business operations of the athletic equipment department. Responsibilities include all athletic equipment invoice tracking and payment, student employee payroll, and ordering and distribution of athletic equipment and apparel for administrative and departmental staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree and 12 months of related experience
Able to work well with interdepartmental teams and initiatives Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with current and prospective students, coaches and staff members Knowledge of NCAA rules and prior experience in collegiate athletics or related field Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and calendar software.
