Job Summary
The position is in charge of assisting the head coach in all aspects of running a successful Division I rowing program. It also includes recruiting on and off-campus, coaching without supervision, maintenance and transportation of equipment and other daily office duties as required.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
Combination of 5 years successful rowing and/or coaching
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in team setting and independently
Valid driver's license
