Job Summary
The Assistant Director of People and Culture will provide primary professional administrative support for the Assistant Athletic Director. This role is critical for supporting Athletics Department staff, cultivating positive relationships and the ongoing enhancement of culture.
Essential Functions:
Provide administrative support to the Assistant Athletics Director of People and Culture.
Assist Assistant Athletics Director of People and Culture with recruiting and onboarding of student workers, temporary workers and occasional workers.
Assist with onboarding items such as coordinating ID/fingerprint appointments, parking permits, and campus orientation
Design and coordinate department wide communications such as Sooner Magic Friday SWAY and Sooner Shoutouts
Delivery, tracking, compilation, and maintenance of confidential and time sensitive materials
