Ticket Service Representative

Job Summary

The Ticket Service Representative is responsible for providing public relations and administrative support to the Athletic Department. The representative will be interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about tickets to Athletics Department events and activities.
 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Previous ticket representative or ticket office experience.

Paciolan experience is desired for the position.
