Job Summary
This position requires a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to exercise good judgment and keep information confidential at times. We are looking for a candidate with skills and background relevant to the following attributes:
- General office support including but not limited to acceptance & delivery of packages, maintaining office supplies, scheduling and maintaining of general office areas such as conference rooms and break room
- Coordinate complex calendar management as well as meeting preparation and coordination for scheduled meetings
- Meeting and function planning for such things as office lunches and celebrations, board of director meetings and functions, committee meetings, etc.
- Meeting preparation including preparation of agendas, taking and distribution of minutes, production of handouts/materials needed, room preparedness
- Provide general administrative and communication support for CEO, SVP of administration, Foundation Executive Director as well as all staff and board of directors
- Proficient in Microsoft: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
