Assistant General Manager

Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager for Fitness and Membership plays a pivotal role in executing all fitness, wellness, and membership programs focused primarily on staff and faculty. The responsibilities for membership programs include supporting the General Manager in member engagement, customer service, and business transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience; Master's degree preferred.
• Prior campus, university, or community recreation experience preferred.
• Ability to teach multiple group fitness class types
• Excellent customer service and a proven ability to meet performance standards.
• Ability to coordinate daily activities including work scheduling, quality assurance, monitoring of activities, and supervision of personnel.
