Job Summary
This position is to direct the planning, development, organization, management, and direction of an organization and complies with College policies and procedures, state and federal laws, codes, and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of the rules and guidelines of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and other athletic associations.
Must be able to directs the day-to-day functions and activities of an organization in order to meet and exceed the organizational goals.
Must be able to develop and implement the overall planning strategies, guidelines, and operational practices of the organization.
Able to gather, compile, and analyze data/information and prepare reports as requested.
Master's degree in related field plus two (2) years of experience in higher education and athletic programs.
