Athletic Academic Coordinator

Job Summary

The Athletic Academic Coordinator advises and facilitates academic support for student-athletes. This position works closely with multiple offices on campus and provides insight into academic issues surrounding student-athletes. The coordinator also works collaboratively with relevant constituent groups and individuals to enhance the academic success of students.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Masters required

1-3 years of experience required 

Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written

Possess a working knowledge of computer applications such as Banner,
Canvas, spreadsheet, MS Word, digital communication, and PowerPoint

Demonstrated innovation within the field of education

Evidence of effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
